Shadowed Streets

The streets leading into the condemned part of the city have been blocked off with fences and warning signs, but there are ways into it. The streets are empty and worn down, full of dust, dirt, and broken pieces of random structures. The streets are always in the shade, and sunlight never touches the ground--not even at noon. They also tend to be misty from sunset to sunrise.
