The 'Haunted' House

This house is one of the farthest structures on the condemned side of the city. It was condemned because it was the city mayor's residence, and he died in his own bed.
The cause of death was never solved. Since then, the house was sold and resold until it was condemned due to strange claims of ghost sightings.
Parties tend to be hosted here around Halloween, though the current city officials discourage any visits.
